R.I.P. Patty Duke
American actress Patty Duke -- best known for playing twin characters in the 1960s TV series The Patty Duke Show as well as for her role as Helen Keller in the 1962 movie version of The Miracle Worker -- walked off the set for the last time on March 29, 2016, at age 69.
She will be missed.
