Down, Down, Down...
A former co-worker of mine used to argue that the local economy won't really improve until gas prices start going down. Well, gas prices are going down now -- so much so that I almost expect to see gas stations start paying customers to come by and gas up.
Okay, I am obviously exaggerating a wee bit but I would like to believe that some turnaround is due soon and that the lower gas prices in my area are a sign of that. In the meantime, I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
